We are a family-owned horse property built by horse people for horse people. Our goal is to provide a safe, quiet, and comfortable overnight stop for traveling horses and riders.
To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all guests to follow the property rules below.
Horses must remain secured and under control at all times.
Do not leave tied horses unattended for extended periods.
No loose horses permitted on the property.
Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety of their horses at all times.
Please maintain respectful spacing between unfamiliar horses whenever possible.
Please park only within your assigned site area.
Keep drive lanes and access areas clear.
Pull-through parking is encouraged where possible for easier arrival and departure.
Do not block water access points or neighboring guest areas.
Please help us keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Guests are responsible for:
Cleaning excessive manure and hay from their site
Disposing of trash in designated containers
Leaving the area in reasonable condition upon departure
To respect both guests and animals on the property:
Quiet hours are observed from:
Please minimize loud music, generators, vehicle idling, and excessive noise during these hours.
Well-behaved dogs may be permitted if:
They remain leashed or contained
They are supervised at all times
They are not aggressive toward horses, livestock, or guests
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
Fire & Grill SafetyIf grills or cooking equipment are provided or used:
Never leave fires or grills unattended
Fully extinguish coals or flames after use
Follow any burn restrictions currently in effect
No unauthorized open fires permitted.
Children must be supervised at all times around horses, trailers, equipment, fencing, and ranch areas.
For the safety and security of guests, horses, and property, portions of Summit Ridge Ranch are monitored by video surveillance in common and outdoor areas.
Please treat the property, fencing, equipment, and facilities with care and respect.
Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by themselves, their horses, trailers, pets, or visitors.
Summit Ridge Ranch reserves the right to refuse or terminate stays involving:
Unsafe horse behavior
Aggressive animals
Disorderly conduct
Failure to follow property rules
Harassment of guests or staff
Incomplete health documentation
