Arrival Information & Check-In

Welcome to Summit Ridge Ranch 🐴
We’re excited to have you stay with us during your travels.

Please review the information below prior to arrival to help ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in experience for both you and your horses.


Before You Arrive

Please make sure the following items have been completed before arrival:

  • Booking reservation submitted

  • Current negative Coggins uploaded

  • 30-day health certificate uploaded

  • Liability waiver acknowledged

  • Property rules reviewed

If any required documentation is missing, your reservation may be delayed or denied upon arrival.


Arrival Hours

Standard Check-In:

3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Late arrivals may be accommodated with advance notice whenever possible.

If you expect to arrive later than planned, please contact us as soon as possible.


Check-Out Time

Standard Check-Out:

By 11:00 AM

If you need additional time, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate schedules whenever possible.


Upon Arrival

When you arrive:

  1. Pull safely into your assigned site

  2. Ensure horses remain secured during unloading

  3. Verify access to your water hookup and assigned area

  4. Contact us if you need assistance during setup

Please drive slowly while on the property for the safety of horses, guests, children, and livestock.


Parking Information

Our sites are designed with horse trailers and hauling rigs in mind.

  • Pull-through parking is encouraged whenever possible

  • Please avoid blocking neighboring sites or drive lanes

  • Keep access areas open for emergency vehicles if needed


Water Access

Each site includes access to water for horses.

Please:

  • Shut off water when not in use

  • Avoid leaving hoses running unattended

  • Report leaks or issues immediately


Security & Cameras

For guest and horse safety, portions of the property are monitored by video surveillance cameras in common and outdoor areas.


Emergency Information

If you experience an emergency during your stay involving:

  • Horse injury or illness

  • Facility concerns

  • Water or electrical issues

  • Security concerns

Please contact us immediately.

If veterinary assistance is needed and you cannot be reached, emergency care may be sought at the horse owner’s expense.
